Mid-Missouri Reproductive Medicine & Surgery (MMRMS) is committed to providing the best clinical care to infertile couples and women.

The IVF Program was established in 1997. It is one of a handful of private practice Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) programs in the Midwest.

Our fertility clinic has been in continuous operation and at the same location for 10 years. Thousands of babies have been born as a result of various ART procedures performed at MMRMS.

Our IVF Program provides multiple services of the highest quality in a warm, comfortable, and supportive setting. Each patient receives personalized care
from highly experienced physicians, nurses, and specially trained staff. Many of our patients have complex infertility factors or have failed treatments elsewhere, so they often benefit from the individualized care and attention delivered by our program.

Since 1997, couples coping with infertility have looked to the MMRMS IVF Program.

Our assisted reproductive technologies (ART) include:

  • Ultrasound-guided egg retrieval
  • embryo transfer
  • IVF
  • embryo freezing

As well as state-of-the-art reproductive procedures including:

  • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
  • Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA)
  • Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)
  • Assisted Hatching
  • Surrogate service assistance
  • Donor egg assistance
  • Donor sperm assistance

We provide thoughtful and sensitive handling of the frequently complex and difficult cases referred to this clinic.

We submit annual clinical results to the clinic-specific SART (www.sart.org) and CDC reporting systems and we are proud of our consistently high pregnancy rates. We maintain a high standard of care, along with reasonable and transparent pricing for our program.

No program is complete without access to quality counseling and support, as these are an integral part of the treatment program to helping patients cope with the inevitable stress associated with infertility and assisted reproduction. We are sensitive to the many difficult decisions couples face while undergoing infertility evaluation and treatment; Providing accurate information through patient education is one of our highest priorities.

We welcome your questions about our program, because we are committed to providing the best medical care to a fully informed group of patients. Our entire team works towards a common goal: your successful pregnancy!
