With over 25-years of practice management experience, Diane keeps the office humming.  She'll help you navigate the associated insurance benefits in your treatment and care; she can help you understand what may not be covered.  She can answer questions about costs and insurance coverage and will work hard to make the financial aspects of treatment as stress-free as possible.  She is always happy to discuss with you the financial options that best meet your needs.  She is a member of ASRM and an active member of the Association of Reproductive Managers.

Upon scheduling your first appointment with us, your insurance information
will be requested and reviewed.  April verifies patients' insurance plan benefits and works closely with insurance companies to ensure claims are appropriately processed.

Patient Coordinators

Kayla and Andrea are members of our front office staff and and are dedicated to serving our patients.  They will help make appointment scheduling as easy and convenient as possible and manage patients' account data.

In the course of your evaluation and treatment you will have an opportunity to get to know each one of us personally. We welcome any questions you may have
and will try our best to solve problems that may arise. The entire team works towards our common goal -- your successful pregnancy or the resolution of your medical problem.
