COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 PROCEDURES UPDATED APRIL 21, 2020
  • All patients must bring their own mask to wear during their appointment
  • Patients will text the office when they arrive and wait in their car until it is time for them to be seen
  • Patients will fill out an assessment questionnaire and have their temperature and pulse ox taken to determine their risk (Temp > 100 degrees & Pulse ox < 94 must speak to a nurse)
  • All staff will wear masks while helping patients
  • Social distancing will be used when possible as marked with red tape on the floor throughout the office
  • Only the patient being seen will be allowed in the office for the appointment (no visitors)
  • All rooms are sanitized after each appointment
  • The entire office is sanitized several times throughout the day
  • Telemedicine is being used for all consultations and education (medication training, cycle management, etc.)
  • Patients must sign an informed consent before starting a treatment cycle
  • All deliveries are being received outside the office to reduce the amount of people in our office
  • There are several hand sanitizing stations throughout the office
