​Dr. Wilshire specializes in Reproductive Endocrinology and Endoscopic Surgery. He is double board certified as an OB/GYN and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG).  He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).  Read More...

Missouri Fertility is recognized as a Nursing Center of Excellence by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Nurse Professional Group (NPG).

This is a prestigious honor provided to only about 5% of the fertility centers in the United States.  To be eligible at least 50% of the practice’s registered nurses and /or nurse practitioners must have experience in reproductive endocrinology nursing and have completed additional training in this area through the ASRM Academy Nurse Certificate Course in REI.

​ART Program Coordinator
Nichole serves as both Clinic Manager and ART Program Coordinator, bringing over a decade of experience in reproductive medicine and healthcare leadership. With more than 15 years in the field, she has developed a deep expertise in the coordination, oversight, and continuous improvement of assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs.  

​In her dual role, Nichole is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. She works closely with our physician, embryology team, and staff to optimize workflow, enhance patient experience, and maintain the integrity and success of our ART program.

Known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, Nichole is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their fertility journey while fostering a collaborative and efficient clinical environment.

Jaime Hogerty, PhD, HCLD
Lab Director

Dr. Hogerty started as an Embryologist at Missouri Fertility back in 2006, adilgently worked to earn her PhD and certification for High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD), and rose to the position of Lab Director.  A few years later, in 2013, she moved on to a new opportunity.  And now she's back, and we're thrilled she returned to Missouri Fertility in 2024 and is again our Lab Director!

​David joined Missouri Fertility in 2008, trained under Dr. Hogerty and earned his Board Certification as a Lab Supervisor from the American Board of Bioanalysis in 2010. David became Lab Manager is 2014 and continues to supervise the operation of and our team in our andrology, embryology, and blood chemistry labs.

Practice Manager

Kelsy oversees and manages the day-to-day at Missouri Fertility.  She rose through the ranks at Missouri Fertility, starting as a receptionist in 2017, then worked her way through a variety of postions with increasing responsibility.  Since 2023 she's been our Practice Manager, responsible for providing leadership to ensure a patient-centered focus remains at the forefront of our team each day.

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Hunter started at Missouri Fertility in 2018 as a Social Media Assistant.  Over the years he has taken on increasing responsibilities and is now our Marketing and Business Development Coordinator.  He oversees the day to day content of our social media, creates and edits content, and formulates strategy to increase awareness of our practice, communicating our expertise in fertility medicine, and our overall strategy for future growth.
