Getting Pregnant

Ovulation Induction
Ovulation Induction (OI) represents the least invasive treatment option, enabling you and your partner to strategically time intercourse with the use of specific medications designed to induce ovulation.

IUI
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) involves the direct placement of sperm into the uterus. This procedure includes ovarian stimulation, typically with oral medications, monitoring, and, in rare cases, the use of injectable medications during the IUI cycle. Your IUI cycle includes monitoring blood work and ultrasounds, sperm prep and the IUI procedure.

IVF
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) spans approximately a month, encompassing ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and fertilization. The process may or may not involve the transfer of a fresh embryo. If you are going to have a fresh transfer, your cycle also includes a trial transfer (which may include a hysteroscopy if indicated) and the transfer of a fresh embryo and freezing of additional embryos.

IVF Freeze All + Preimplantation Genetic Testing
with embryo genetic testing (PGT-A)
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) with genetic testing entails ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization, and subsequent testing of viable embryos. Once results are obtained, a normal embryo is thawed and transferred during a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle at an additional cost. PGT-M is also available for an additional fee.

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) involves preparing the uterus, monitoring through ultrasound and bloodwork, trial transfer (which may include a hysteroscopy if indicated), thawing embryos, and transferring them into the uterus.

Egg Thaw, Preimplantation Genetic Testing, and Embryo Freeze
Egg Thaw with PGT-A and Freeze is the process of thawing previously frozen eggs, fertilizing them (conventionally or through ICSI), testing viable embryos. After testing, the embryo is thawed and transferred during a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle at an additional cost. PGT-M is also available for an additional fee.

Egg freezing involves a 10-14 day cycle during which your ovaries are stimulated to produce mature eggs. These eggs are then retrieved through an outpatient procedure and cryopreserved for future use.

Embryo Banking
Embryo banking is a 10-14 day cycle of ovarian stimulation to generate mature eggs. The retrieved eggs then undergo fertilization with pre-determined sperm to form embryos, which are subsequently frozen for future use following a short outpatient procedure.
